Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting customer support.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns and Refunds

Products are eligible for return or refund only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To request a return/refund, you must notify us via email (info@hibachigrill.in) or phone within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting images/videos.

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
