1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting customer support.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Products are eligible for return or refund only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • To request a return/refund, you must notify us via email (info@hibachigrill.in) or phone within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting images/videos.

  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (unless the error was on our side).
